Change Of Company Secretaries
The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Lim Ka Bee has resigned as Secretary of the Company effective from 23 April 2007.
Mr Lawrence Kwan and Ms Lin Moi Heyang have been appointed as Secretaries of the Company, acting jointly and severally effective from 23 April 2007.
